Súcre Pâtissier & Chocolatier will provide a professionally product in a timely manner as specified in the description or invoice. Weappreciate that you have chosen us for your special celebration. Weguarantee to specify the product as per your order will be met as itsstandard. Once your order is accepted, refunds will not be considered.

These terms and conditions serve as the contract between the customer and Súcre Pâtissier & Chocolatier by paying the invoice, customer is agreeing to these terms and conditions. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENTS

• A full 100% payment is required for product considered paid. At the moment, we do not accept down payment since the product will be made and prepared after the payment has been received. Any changes requested after the payment has been made cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
• All payments are non-refundable. For cancellations, credit will be given for a future order. This offer is subject to the date being available.
• If the payment has passed the given time, the order will be automatically cancelled.
• All sales are final.
• Store credit can only be issued by Súcre Pâtissier & Chocolatier. Any refund or store credit requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@sucregroup.com. Súcre Pâtissier & Chocolatier has 7 days to review this request and determine an outcome. The outcome will be sent to the email address of the requester.

DELIVERY TERMS

• The delivery will be confirmed once customer settled the payment, either being sent by our internal delivery service or by third party.
• Delivery service would be depending of the characteristic of each product. For product that contains cream and surface decoration has to delivered by car. It cannot be delivered by bike due to the condition of product which considered fragile. Other product which is not contain any surface decoration will be delivered by bike. Please take this into your consideration to avoid any occurrence.
• If there are any unavoidable occurrence happened on delivery caused by third party driver, we cannot be held liable as it is beyond our control. Nevertheless, we will make sure to remind and encourage all third party’s driver to be on their toes and careful at all times while handling our product.
• If the customers are not present when delivery is being made, we will give the product to the other representatives at the stated address. As long as the address is correct, we cannot be held responsible for any miscommunication during the delivery process.
• If the customers or any customer’s representatives is not available to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee will be required at the time of receipt of products and services.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

Súcre Pâtissier & Chocolatier will not disclose any personal information such as your name, address, email or telephone number to any person outside of the company, unless the customer has authorized us to do so or unless required by law to disclose such information.

Furthermore, under no circumstances will Súcre Pâtissier & Chocolatier sell or receive payments or services for disclosing customer’s personal information to any partner or external company.

PHOTOGRAPHS AND MARKETING

We respect the privacy of all our clients. We will not disclose the identity of clients (photographs of people, last names, event details, purchase details, etc) without permission.

We do however, reserve the right to photograph your ordered baked goods and use those photos on our website, social media, or marketing material. We also reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.

CHANGES

• If there are any changes in flavour, cake type or any details of your order, cannot be guaranteed once payment has been made under the original order. We will stick to your original order and will not entitled to agreed to any changes you make after the payment. However, you can directly contact our customer services if there is any possibility to change the product, but may be subject to availability.
• Some product may be substituted if unavailable, we will notify you shortly after we received your order.

RIGHTS & WAIVERS

• Súcre Pâtissier & Chocolatier is not responsible for any damage to the cake while in delivery (with third party) or after delivery. Cakes are mostly fragile and require a climate-controlled environment.
• If the customer elects to pick up the cake, the customer is responsible for the cake as soon as it leaves Súcre Pâtissier & Chocolatier premises. Upon visual inspection of the cake and its departure from the premises, the customer approves the cakes visual appearance and waives any rights to a refund based on the style, design or visual appearance of the cake.
• The product may contain or come into contact with milk, flour, wheat, nuts, soy and other allergens. The customer is responsible for notifying us prior to order. We are not responsible for any adverse effects of allergic reactions.

CANCELLATIONS

• Once your order has been made, we do not acknowledge any cancellations.
• However, if you in urgent need to cancel due to unavoidable situations, you can directly contact our customer service to further discussion.
• If your cancelation is granted, we will add the full credit to your account. This credit can be used for further purchase (with the given time limit).
• If your order has been processed, we will not approve any cancelations and the cake will still be sent as your original order details.
• However, if we have to cancel the order with you for any particular reason due to unavoidable accident or out of control situations, a full refund will be provided to you.
